I recently went and bought a van from Durham Cars 4 U. Always cautious with where I buy vehicles from. Van, had a few little issues, which they dealt with immediately. No chew, no arguing. They just did it. I have been in today, as circumstances have changed and I needed a vehicle with a tow bar. Jan and Stephane have been brilliant, sorting everything out for me. Thank you both again!

When purchasing a new car it can be stressful. However dealing with Durham Cars 4 U is so stress free! The friendliest people ever. We even took our Dachshund Noddy to collect our Vauxhall Corsa this morning and he fell in love with Jessie. I applied online got accepted almost straight away, from the first contact these were brilliant especially Jan who was so helpful and understanding even over the bank holiday nothing was too much trouble. I didn't find them pushy at all which is one thing I hate from dealers . I had a test drive and signed within a hour , I needed a car with a tow bar so that was fitted for me no problem and car has been delivered this morning. really happy and would recommend to others in a heartbeat .

Due to my really poor credit score because of a messy divorce, I thought that getting finance for a car would be traumatic. Jan at Durham was amazing and so helpful. I needed a reliable car as I'm a health care worker and one that would suit the weather in Consett.
